This fast-paced, leading organisation wanted to multiply its outputs with the same headcount.  This is possible if one is able to increase the levels of engagement of one’s employees. Engaged employees tend not only stay with a company for longer, but they are also more productive.

The purpose of this project was not only to measure employee engagement (which is of value) but to identify specific action steps to ensure the improvement of levels of engagement.  Action steps were different for each division.  And in cases where one division was more effective than another in certain aspects of engagement, we facilitated the cross-pollination of ideas between divisions.

After constant follow up on commitments, and support for the leadership team, the following year’s results proved the success of these activities through the increase in employee engagement.
